If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to WWW.SIZINK.COM, accessible from https://www.sizink.com/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or broken, you can cancel your order within 7 days.

To file a claim, please email sizink.info@gmail.com with the following:

  • A proper unboxing video
  • Clear images of the defective product
  • The original packaging

Once verified, we will reprint and ship a replacement product to you. If the claim is filed after 7 days, you will be responsible for the loss.

If you wish to exchange or return a product due to ordering the wrong size or for any other reason without defects, the return or exchange will be at your expense, and you will need to place a new order.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items damaged due to customer handling.
  • Products without a proper unboxing video or images of damage.
  • Goods damaged while opening with scissors or sharp objects, unless an unpacking video and courier cover images are provided.
  • If the package appears damaged upon delivery, the customer must mention the damage in the remarks while signing for it. This helps in claiming a refund from the courier service.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.


Refunds and Replacements

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process a refund or send a replacement within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
